Game idea

The core idea of this game is that the players control two balls to follow different path simultaneously. Different types of balls can be controlled during the game, and each type will give the player a different physical feeling. (ice ball, wood ball, etc…) The falling blocks behind will push the player to move forward and add to the challenge.

In order to make this game more interesting, we will also make it a competitive game. (Person VS Person) Each player’s goal is to survive as long as possible.  The interaction between the two players will be mainly achieved by using an item system. The players will use items to increase the difficulties of their opponent or decrease difficulties of themselves.

The fun moments

Multi-tasking is challenging when each of the task is not easy to perform. The difficulty contributes to the fun of the game. Just imagine the moment when your brain gets stuck, and your hands become hard to control.

Using items to beat opponents is interesting. For example, when the player uses an item to make his opponent’s two balls slow down or change the physical properties of the ball in order to make it hard to control.

The feeling of success would also be a fun moment.

Target Experience

The players will achieve different physical feelings when controlling different types of balls.

The falling blocks behind the ball add to the feeling of tension.

The feeling of multitasking will be achieved through balls control and items use.

The sound effects should match the environment.

The material and textures will enrich the simulated world.
