However, a small improvement might have been to have a better smooth transition from one mode to another which is currently. Also, I did get well the aggressive feel in the second mode in terms of its structure, polish effects around it and the movement and collision. However, I couldn’t find the ‘tensed’ part of it. It didn’t appear much tensed to me in the second mode. So, may be improve polish effects a bit such that both tensed and aggressive feels are conveyed in the second mode. Like may be giving it sweat effect or having it make some moaning sounds etc.

I like the different effects you added, like the smoke screen around the character and the red smear on the screen in berserk mode. For the first mode, I think the character is a little to slow to be called nimble. His movements are fine, but I think bumping up the speed a little will enhance that feel. In the second mode, the character definitely portrays aggressive though!

But I guess you could have added some more interactions (although I understand that its just a prototype) and probably some more sounds to better depict what’s happening in the scene.

The robotic motion is well portrayed in both your form.
The cool thing for the game would have been if the character slowly grows into his strong self as he picks up more and more cubes.
The smoke screen is good but I did not understand why you need the smoke and cylinders.
The aggressive feel comes out well.

For the stealthy avatar, I don’t really feel the nimble part of it. While the animations are great, they are too slow and kill the nimble feel I think. The avatar moves too slowly too.
I don’t get the metaphor of the cylinders and why they are slowing you down (or how, is there a maximum distance?).
The berserk mode is… berserk! The dust and SFX are cool, I would have added some distinct and loud footsteps and maybe a bit of camera shake. The big bulky avatar is faster than the small and nimble one, I would have expected the opposite.
