I like the way the head bobs back and forth. That definitely creates a joyful feeling. The really quick movements, like the jump, also feels very nimble. It was a good idea to make the blocks light, but I think adding either a bouncy animation to the character or a fun sound effect when he hits the blocks would add to the joyful/nimble feeling.

Scared/Weak
The character’s pose is perfect for scared! I also like that you made him translucent, it adds to the ghosty/creepy factor. The fog is a neat effect too. I think you could enhance the scared/weak feeling in the interaction with the blocks though. Maybe make the character slow down as he approaches them?

I like the shiny ray which follows your avatar. Also, the background music is nice and all these aspects convey the feel of the game.

On the scared/weak combination, I like that your avatar places its hand in front of its face. And the fact that its pushed back a little when it hits a cube nicely depicts the feel of this behavior.

A minor nitpick: Sometimes it seems that the sound of the game just goes off, so I guess if you could fix that that would be great!

I loved the joyful and nimble. The trail and overall character movement plus the trail effect really emphasize the nimble part.
The head wobbling is fun, but it seems that must of the joyful comes from non-game-feel polish (textures, background music).
For the weak, I love the idea of playing with the transparency of the avatar. The movements and jumps are slower and the avatar is way less agile, and you can really feel it.
The scared part is a not pronounced enough in my opinion. I think it comes from the fat that both scenes have a good ambiance but are lacking interaction likes SFX, particle systems.

Also, the movement is agile for joyful one and the particle effect is adding to the essence of the joyful feel. On the other hand, the weak one moves slowly and isn’t able to jump that high as well. That’s nice!
However, I could not find much difference in the interaction ways for the two types. I expected the scared and weak one to not to be able to topple the obstacle. So, little modification in the interaction of the avatar with the obstacles and other surroundings would make it really good and help it impart the exact feel which has been put into it.

The speed curve is used very nicely, it picks up speed as I go ahead. And the background track is good too. But your characters are passing through the trees, ahhh ! You could have added a nice jump animation and sound to show joyful.
For the scared and weak, good work on the transparent character. Love the sounds and the hands. The weak is not very apparent with the object interaction though.
