Also, the atmospheric effects lend pretty strong support to the avatar being a monkey looking for bananas. I did not, however, get a strong sense of the monkey being scared by the way it moves. The movements are fluid though the avatar appears stiff while in motion.

I liked how the movement of the monkey climbing the tree changes before and after he eats the banana. The sounds also help to solidify the feeling of a scared monkey (especially the creaky branch sound and the monkey whimpering after eating the banana). Good job!

Definitely the best game so far in regards to creating the feel of playing as a monkey!

I didn’t really get the scared feel though. The music hinted at this feel a little bit and the sounds of the monkey maybe did too a little bit. But I think a little something more was needed to reinforce that the monkey was scared.

Overall, nice mechanics and cool gameplay!
