I also enjoy the bright atmosphere of the level.

However, there are a few minor issues I had. First, it’s kinda hard to actually change view. Maybe try using GetKeyDown or GetKeyUp instead of just GetKey? That way you only trigger the change once.

Also, the camera seemed to be off to the side most times. Instead of moving straight, I would move forward to the left.

Last, the animations seem to be a little off. The meerkat looks great, but then during the dance the tail and hands stay completely still in world space, rather than moving with the rest of the animation.

That dance and the sound effects made the whole hunt for it worth it in my opinion. I enjoyed the first person perspective and it really helped with finding the trees but I really wanted to be able to jump on the platforms in the game! Not too big of an issue, just something you might want to consider. I also felt the switch to from first to third person was a little buggy especially if I hold down the spacebar but I think that can be fixed with GetKeyDown like someone above me said. Anyway overall really enjoyed your game! Great job!

I can experience some joyful feeling while playing your game. However, there is space for a lot of improvement. First of all, maybe trigger the camera change only once when space bar is pressed. Also, adding more character animation will make the character more joyful and realistic.

I did like the feel of running around, there was pleasing attack/delay on the motion, but not enough animation to sell the joyous nature of it.

Also, you should use GetKeyDown instead of GetKey if my hunch as to why changing perspectives is tricky to do is correct.

He only seems joyous at one point. Perhaps he could have run horizontally, then stood when still, with appropriate camera changes. Then, his running could be made playful and light.
